Angel’s Haven is a voluntary organization intent on providing ‘Services’ and ‘Support’ to abused Women and Children.
Our vision is to start locally, expand nationally – and God willing – eventually have the privileges of helping the abused internationally.
We are in the process of raising funds to purchase a ‘Place of Safety’, for abused women and children that have nowhere to turn.
This organization is the vision of Debbie Taylor, founder and chairperson.
Debbie is a determined lady with enough energy and drive to bring this project to fruition. She feels enormous empathy towards the women and children she strives to help.
“To effectively make a difference in people’s lives that cross our path is my ultimate goal”. If we can help even one in ten, it will be an accomplishment. Less than twenty five percent of victims will actually report abuse; they are afraid, destitute and have few options.
When they finally manage to take the step to break free, these women have nothing; not even self-worth. Angel’s Haven will create a safe environment, where they will be treated with respect and encouraged to build and achieve in a new beginning.
